Arrest log for March 7-13

West Hartford: Andelis Santiago, 21, 960 Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale, prescribe, illegal possession and operating with reg/lic/suspended/revoked on March 7. No bond was set.

West Hartford: Arthur P. Dagostino, 43, 42 Cowles Avenue, Apt. 2, Plantsville, was charged with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 7. Bond was set at $5,000.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Julia I. Ibarra, 19, 646 Park Street, Apt. 3W, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on March 7. Police said she was involved in a fight at the bus stop at Westfarms mall. Bond was set at $1,000.

1500 New Britain Avenue: Migdalia Muniz, 19, 18 South Whitney Street, Apt. 1S, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace on March 7. Police said she was fighting with three other girls. Bond was set at $1,000.

1805 Asylum Avenue: John F. Hughes, 59, 1805 Asylum Avenue, was charged with operating while under the influence on March 7. Bond was set at $50,000.

44 Levesque Avenue: Hector Rodriguez-Perez, 22, 1175 E. 25th Street, Apt. 3D, New York, NY, was charged with first-degree failure to appear on March 8. Bond was set at $135.

Kane Street/Prospect Avenue: Margaret M. Burton, 26, 16 Trumbull Street, Newington, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 8. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Adam T. Betancourt, 26, 25 Briar Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana, no insurance, operating with reg/lic/suspended/revoked and operating an unregistered vehicle on March 8. Bond was set at $5,000.

103 Raymond Road: Ivan E. Gonzalez, 23, 260 Beacon Street, Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on March 8. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Julio A. Hernandez, 46, 26 Fernbel Lane, was charged with third-degree assault on March 8. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Allen McCollum, 50, 2250 Shepard Avenue, Hamden, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating while under the influence on March 9. Bond was set at $500.

Washington Street/Park Street: Luis A. Rivera, 42, 130 Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with one count third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, illegal possession and fourth-degree larceny on March 9. Police said he was picked up for a burglary on March 8 and during the booking process he was found to have five bags of heroin in his sock.

West Hartford: Ronnie Carson, 58, 171 Sisson Avenue, Apt. 111, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery on March 9. Police said he fought with staff at Walgreen’s while stealing merchandise. Bond was set at $25,000.

Trout Brook Drive/Farmington Avenue: Gabriel Sevillano, 23, 64 Selden Hill, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on March 9. No bond was set.

Trout Brook Drive/Farmington Avenue: Kenny Couto, 23, 288 Westpoint Terrace, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana on March 9. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Kalief L. Wheeler, 28, 123 Meriline Avenue, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny on March 10. Police said he had an arrest warrant following a burglary case in September 2010. Bond was set at $1,000.

49 Elmhurst Street: Michelle A. Burkett, 24, 49 Elmhurst Street, was charged with second-degree larceny on March 10. Police said she stole her aunt’s vehicle from New Britain. Bond was set at $15,000.

West Hartford: Wanda Lara, 55, 18 Flatbush Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 10. Police said she shoplifted at PriceRite. Bond was set at $1,500.

West Hartford: Kimberly Valentin, 35, 218 Whitney Stree,t Apt. B3, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on March 11. Police said she had a stolen camera in her possession. Bond was set at $2,500.

West Hartford: Paul J. Albert, 31, 109 Seymour Avenue, was charged with interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny on March 11. Police said he was seen taking a camera from Walgreen’s. Bond was set at $5,000.

123 Beacon Street: Victor D. Felix, 27, 211 South Whitney Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree robbery, second-degree strangulation and violation of probation on March 11. Police said he had an active warrant for assault related to a domestic incident that occurred on Boulevard and also had a warrant for violation of probation. Bond was set at $102,500.

West Hartford: Joseph Hayden, 33, 11 Rockland Drive, Enfield, was charged with failure to keep drug in original container, illegal possession, injury/risk/impairing morals and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 11. Bond was set at $2,500.

99 Spring Lane: Oliver Preissler, 18, 99 Spring Lane, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on March 11. Police said the arrest stemmed from a property damage complaint on public school property. No bond was set.

North Main Street/Farmington Avenue: Eran I. Shani, 39, 55 Bainton Road, was charged with failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated and operating while under the influence on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Carlos R. Gonzalez, 49, 33 Hamilton Street, Apt. 3, Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating a motor vehicle other than motorcycle with license, first offense, operating while under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast on March 12. Bond was set at $1,000.

West Hartford: Robert P. Serafino, 29, 861 South Main Street, Apt. 3, Plantsville, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating while under the influence on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: James Adams, 54, 93 Woodlawn Street, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated and operating while under the influence on March 12. Bond was set at $5,000.

1176 New Britain Avenue: Raymond J. Richardson, 21, 1176 New Britain Avenue, was charged with one count first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree making a false statement on March 12. Bond was set at $10,000.

112 Thomas Street: Charity D. Smallwood, 18, 112 Thomas Street, was charged with disorderly conduct on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

Mountain Road/Hillsboro Drive: Tadeusz Dabrowski, 54, 5 Mohawk Road, Plainville, was charged with driving in right-hand lane and operating while under the influence on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

103 Raymond Road: Jamila L. Rios, 33, 78 Edgewood Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

Albany Avenue/Ledyard Road: Ronald Webber, 44, 4 Brookside Ridge, Farmington, was charged with driving in right-hand lane and operating while under the influence on March 12. Police said he was involved in an accident. Bond was set at $500.

75 Memorial Road: Rosa L. Sugdinis, 39, 114 Taine Mountain, Burlington, was charged with operating while under the influence on March 12. Bond was set at $500.

New Britain Avenue/Mayflower Street: Luis Rodriguez, 56, 95 Grant Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating while under the influence on March 13. Bond was set at $500.

West Hartford: Caitlan M. Nadolny, 27, 44 Meetinghouse Lane, Westbrook, was charged with driving in right-hand lane and operating while under the influence on March 13. Bond was set at $500.

13 Southwood Drive: Zakirullah Babar, 48, 13 Southwood Drive, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment on March 13. Police said he gave his child an unloaded firearm. Bond was set at $1,500.
