Second Arrest Over Pot-Laced Brownies at Bloomfield High School

Police believe eight students ate the brownies, resulting in one hospitalization.

Bloomfield police responded to a call from Metropolitan Learning Center to find a student in a “stupor state”, Patch reported last month. The student told police he had eaten brownies containing marijuana and was taken to the Connecticut Children Medical Center.

Police arrested a 16-year-old girl for selling the pot-laced treats, and wfsb reported Monday that a second teen had been arrested: Joshua Walker-Thomas, who just graduated from the Metropolitan Learning Center.

Walker-Thomas gave himself up to police and was arraigned at Hartford Superior Court.
