The case against Omer Oskar, 44, who was with four counts of first-degree sexual assault and four counts of risk of injury to a minor, was transferred Monday to Part A of Hartford Superior Court, where the most serious crimes are handled.
Oskar is now scheduled to be arraigned on May 21 on charges stemming from allegations that he engaged in a sexual relationship with a female minor for four years, beginning when the girl was 12 in 2006, and ending in 2010 when she was 16.
According to , the girl said in the complaint that she was a friend of Oskar's daughter.

Oskar, of 191 King Philip Drive, West Hartford, is being held on $250,000 bond.
