A tractor trailer is overturned by Exit 42 on ramp on Interstate 84 East. The Hartford Courant reports that the tractor-trailer was hauling frozen chicken parts when it crashed and tipped over. The driver suffered a laceration on his head but was able to avoid serious injury, the Courant reports.
