The following arrests were made between July 16 and July 19, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
JULY 19:
Santana, Luis D., 21, of 18 Hazel St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,000.

JULY 18:
Travis, James Charles, 18, of 56 Hebron St., Hartford: Arrested at Asylum Ave./Penn Dr.; charged with third-degree burglary, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny. No bond set.

Baez, David, 45, of 46 Mozart St., West Hartford: Arrested at 46 Mozart St.; charged with violation of probation. Bond $20,000.
Serrano, Martin, 19, of 72 Dwight St., Apt. 2, New Britain: Arrested at Price Blvd./Erwin St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order/threatening. Bond $25,000.
Police say Serrano was involved in a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend. A protective order prohibiting contact stemming from a previous incident was in effect.
Powers, Matthias, 23, of 178 Boston Post Rd., Old Lyme: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./New Park Ave.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $10,000.
Powers, Thaddeus T., 26, of 2 Chestnut Hollow Rd., Colchester: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./New Park Ave.; charged with illegal possession near school, two counts illegal possession of marijuana, three counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $50,000.
Police said and other drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
JULY 17:
No reported arrests.
JULY 16:
Boyles, Christopher J., 32, of 489 Wolcott St., Apt. 93, Bristol: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.
