West Hartford Man Arrested for Alleged Workplace Violation

South Windsor police made the arrest, as the West Hartford resident owns a business in South Windsor.

On Friday, April 4, South Windsor Police arrested Ernest Albert, 76, of 116 Caya Ave., West Hartford, on an arrest warrant.

The arrest warrant was prepared by the Connecticut Department of Labor and served by South Windsor Police as Albert’s business is in South Windsor, according to police.

The Labor Department warrant alleges workplace violations. Albert was charged with 21 counts of a weekly payment of wages labor department violation.

He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on April 17.
