West Hartford Man Charged After Incident at Cora Cora
Man charged with breach of peace and held on $5,000 bond.
Hector Ludena, 49, of Pocohontas Drive, West Hartford, was charged with breach of peace in the second degree on Sunday after an incident at Cora Cora Restaurant on Shield Street.
Ludena was arraigned in Hartford Superior Court on Monday and held on $5,000 bond.
