West Hartford Police Log for Aug. 1 - 5

The following arrests were made between Aug. 2 - 4, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
Jeremy Price, 26, of 19 Gifford Road, was charged on Aug. 4 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Elizabeth Rosado, 40, of 33 Nesbit Ave., was charged on Aug. 4 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.

Charles Keeton, 40, address unknown, was charged on Aug. 3 with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was held on a $75,000 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Jaclyn Elizabeth Ferro, 29, of 22 Penn Drive, was charged on Aug. 3 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to obey control signal. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 15.

John Ferrante, 22, of 49 Loomis Drive, Apt. B1, was charged on Aug. 2 with disorderly conduct and possession of less than a half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Attalah Sturges-Charles, 53, of 17 Lockwood Terrace, was charged on Aug. 2 with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Pedro Alvarado, 37, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 2 with third-degree assault, assault on a peace officer, EMT or fireman, and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 8.
Joseph Cosgrove, 48, of East Hartford, was charged on Aug. 2 with second-degree threatening. He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Paul Conley, 25, of 703 Mountain Road, was charged on Aug. 2 with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with a 9-1-1 call and first-degree unlawful restraint. Bond was set at $15,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 5.
Jose Rubert, 25, of 127 Hillcrest Ave, Apt. E, was charged on Aug. 2 with second-degree harassment. Bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 2.
