West Hartford Police Log for Aug. 10-11, 2013

The following information was provided by the West Hartford police department. It does not indicate convictions.

Jose Hernandez Sanchez, 31, of 951 Farmington Ave., was charged on Aug. 11 with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 14.

Francisco Falcon, 34, of 136 Kane St. Apt. C8, was charged on Aug. 11 with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $100,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 12.

Adam Frederick Khan, 18, of 49 Belcrest Road, was charged on Aug. 11 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, second-degree forgery, evading responsibility, illegal possession of a hallucinogen, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than ½ an ounce of marijuana, and illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of drugs, according to police. Khan’s bond was set at $75,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Dawid Lech, 26, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 11 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to signal. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Desmond Richards, 39, of Bloomfield, was charged on Aug. 11 with criminal violation of a restraining order, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a minor. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 12.

Ghafir El Idrissi, 21, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 11 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Jesus Ocasio, 28, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 10 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Geoffrey McKenzie, 25, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 10 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to have lights on. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Kamil Cwieka, 23, of Kensington, was charged on Aug. 10 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and other motor vehicle violations. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.

Latoya James, 30, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 10 with second-degree forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 22.
