West Hartford Police Log for Aug. 27 - 30

The following arrests were made between Aug. 27 - 30, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Sekou Gerald, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 30 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Mark James, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 30 with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

David Quintana, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 30 with illegal possession of narcotics, illegal sale of narcotics and illegal tinted glass. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Omar Yllescas, 31, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 30 with illegal possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Ricky Kelley, 47, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 30 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 30.

Efraim Rios, 34, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 29 with criminal violation with protective order and operating with registration revoked or suspended. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Gerry Olivera, 30, of East Hartford, was charged on Aug. 29 with operating a motorcycle without a license, reckless driving, restricted turns/failure to signal, speeding over 70 mph. No bond was set. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Dionisia Markopoulos, 34, of Rocky Hill, was charged on Aug. 29 with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Tracy Hughes, 27, of 110 Federal St., was charged on Aug. 28, with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal possession of narcotics and turn signal violations. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Evelyn Black, 19, of New Britain, was charged on Aug. 28 with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Maria Sosa, 26, of Hartford, was charged on Aug. 28 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $3,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.
