West Hartford Police Log for Aug. 31 - Sept. 2

The following arrests were made between Aug. 31 - Sept. 2, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

John Joseph Keating, 21, of Wethersfield, was charged on Sept. 2 with illegal possession, sixth-degree larceny and plates illegible. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Steven Keating, 27, of Enfield, was charged on Sept. 2 with illegal possession, interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $15,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Avril Leslie, 38, of Newington, was charged on Sept. 2 with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 3.

Michael Leslie, 47, of 87 Caya Ave., was charged on Sept. 2 with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 3.

Kevin Lynch, 46, of 10 Rockwell Place, was charged on Sept. 2 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 3.

Edwin Nolasco, 45, of Newington, was charged on Sept. 1 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 13. Nolasco was also charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Sept. 1. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Maria Restrepo, 54, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 1 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.

Jessica Lynn Bowley, 22, of Bristol, was charged on Aug. 31 with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12. She was also charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 11.

Gregory Foertsch, 25, of Bristol, was charged on Aug. 31 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Charles Westervelt, 23, of Bristol, was charged on Aug. 31 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and making an improper turn. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Kevin Jones, 21, of Farmington, was charged on Aug. 31 with sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and first-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.
