West Hartford Police Log for Dec. 2 - 5

The following arrests were made between Dec. 2 - Dec. 5, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Daniel Wojiech Wojecteczko, 24, of Unionville, was charged on Dec. 5 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 19.

Damian Rivera-Flores, 27, of Ludow, MA, was charged on Dec. 5 with fifth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 19.

Norberto Natal, 32, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 5 with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 19. Natal was arrested after fleeing from a house he had allegedly burglarized at 858 S. Quaker Lane, according to police. He allegedly ignored multiple commands to stop running and was taken into custody in the Trout Brook area. He also was charged with violation of probation.

Wendy Jackson, 55, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 11. Jackson, according to police, shoplifted from three stores at Westfarms mall.

James Dearinger, 48, of 109 S. Main St., Apt. B11, was charged on Dec. 5. with third-degree assault, two counts of disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $7,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jacinta Harris, 41, of 41 Crossroads Place, was charged on Dec. 4 with fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 11.

Joseph Ramirez, 19, of 18 Steven St., Apt. D, was charged on Dec. 4 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree stalking. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Tiffany Clark, 23, of Winsted, was charged on Dec. 4 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

John Kaminsky, 55, of Torrington, was charged on Dec. 4 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 11.

Jeremiah Marselli, 37, of Middletown, was charged on Dec. 4 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to wear seatbelt, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of illegal possession. No bond information was provided. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Mark Hutson, 54, of 92 Argyle Ave., was charged on Dec. 3 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and traveling unreasonably fast for the conditions. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Jeffrey Dionne, 34, of East Hartford, was charged on Dec. 3 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep drugs in a proper container, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating with license suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Carrie Parsons, 35, of Berlin, was charged on Dec. 3 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Jesus Velasquez, 40, of 107 Vanderbilt Ave., was charged on Dec. 3 with third-degree assault, second-degree mischief, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

William Nguyen, 18, of East Hartford, was charged on Dec. 2 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 11.

Robert Jamell Roundtree, 43, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 2 with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 11. Roundtree allegedly masturbated on a CT Transit bus and followed a woman when she got up and moved away from him.
