West Hartford Police Log for Dec. 24 - 27

The following arrests were made between Dec. 24 - 27, and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Lauren Civitelli, 20, of Hamden, was charged on Dec. 27 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Brooke Callinan, 31, of New Britain, was charged on Dec. 27 with two counts of illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Elizabeth Clark, 23, of East Hartford, was charged on Dec. 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns/failure to signal. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8.

Martin Rivera, 34, of Kissimmee, FL, was charged on Dec. 27 with assault on a peace officer, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Virgilio Santiago, 41, of Plainville, was charged on Dec. 27 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Maryann Francis Thompson, 40, of Windsor Locks, was charged on Dec. 27 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey traffic signal. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Peter Niland White, 51, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 26 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Yomari Velez, 42, of 2 Selldan St., was charged on Dec. 26 with inciting injury to persons, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Jose Rubert, 26, of 127 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. E, was charged on Dec. 25 with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order - threatening, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order - non-threatening, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $30,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 26.

Kerwyn Caesar, 36, of Windsor, was charged on Dec. 24 with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8. Caesar allegedly got into an altercation at the Golden Nozzle car wash, according to police.
