West Hartford Police Log for Dec. 28 - 30

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Dec. 28 - 30, and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Michael Peltier, 25, of Unionville, was charged on Dec. 30 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Cerrisa Schwab, 27, of Middletown, was charged on Dec. 29 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9. She was also charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Bond for each of those charges was set at $1,000.

Kristen Ernst, 47, of 252 Whiting Lane, was charged on Dec. 29 with second-degree assault and two counts of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $20,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 30.

Alfonzo Knight, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 29 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 30.

Lauren Civitelli, 20, of Hamden, was charged on Dec. 29 with first-degree violation of the condition of release, second-degree violation of the conditions of release and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9. Civitelli allegedly was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop. She had been arrested two days prior.

Patrick Kania, 24, of 7 Caldwell St., was charged on Dec. 29 with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8. Kania allegedly was involved in a disturbance in front of the Elbow Room in which he tried to fight a patron, according to police.

Ned Richard Gompper, 41, of Westboro, MA, was charged on Dec. 29 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving in the right-hand lane and two counts of windshield obstructing view. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Cassandra Danna, 23, of Bristol, was charged on Dec. 28 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, possession of less than .5 an ounce of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.

Jennifer Brade, 26, of Newington, was charged on Dec. 28 with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8. Brade allegedly was found on the property of Best Buy after she had been warned to stay away from the premises.

Masio Williams, 25, of 35 John Smith Drive, was charged on Dec. 28 with failure to grant right of way on a left turn and operating under the influence. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 9.
