West Hartford Police Log for Jan. 13 - 16

The following arrests were made between Jan. 13 - 16, 2014 and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Richard Dunham, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Jan. 16 with possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana, interfering with an officer, third-degree identity theft, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000. No court information was provided.

Dunham was also charged on Jan. 16 with several counts of violation of probation. Bonds were set at $50,000 and $100,000.

Michael Neely, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Jan. 16 with interfering with an officer, third-degree identity theft, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Patrick Ganley, 35, of Avon, was charged on Jan. 16 with illegal possession, failure to pay plate/sticker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Amber Brown, 25, of Somers, was charged on Jan. 16 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Matthew Conley, 21, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 16 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Jessica French, 25, of Meriden, was charged on Jan. 16 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 22.

Justin Negron, 22, of Springfield, MA, was charged on Jan. 16 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 17.

Kathleen Brazier, 42, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 16 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Jeffrey Higgins, 25, of Somers, was charged on Jan. 16 with possession of drug paraphernalia, defective muffler and illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Harry Santiago, 20, of East Hartford, was charged on Jan. 15 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 22.

Michael Scott Williams, 45, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 15 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court 23.

David Parker, 47, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 15 with illegal possession and restricted turns signal. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 23.

Jason Sullivan, 39, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 15 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns signal. No bond was set. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 23.

Ana Mendes, 54, of Newington, was charged on Jan. 14 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 15.

Yamayra Rivera, 23, of 14 Foley St., was charged on Jan 14 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 15.
