West Hartford Police Log for Jan. 17 - 20

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Jan. 17 - 20, 2014 and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Kevin Michael Carmignani, 27, of Torrington, was charged on Jan. 20 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $1,500. He is schedule to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Johnathan Espinar, 35, of 711 S. Quaker Lane, was charged on Jan. 19 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 21.

Jordann Mankus, 18, of 35 Seymour Drive, was charged on Jan. 18 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 21.

Joseph Dabkowski, 26, of Manchester, was charged on Jan. 18 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Madison Hoinoski, 18, of Simsbury, was charged on Jan. 17 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 22.

Charles Leo Travers, 19, of Avon, was charged on Jan. 17 with illegal possession, failure to keep drug in original container, lamp requirements for snow removal and highway maintenance. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Justin Rondeau, 33, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 17 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and several motor vehicle moving violations. No bond information was provided. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Nikolas Avallone, 23, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 17 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Scott Tenney, 24, of Southington, was charged on Jan. 17 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. No court information was provided.

Marlena Grodkiewicz, 23, of Southington, was charged on Jan. 17 with illegal possession and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Aaron Jason, 25, of no certain address, was charged on Jan. 17 with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. No bond information was given. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 17.

Julia Holloway, 25, of Windsor, was charged on Jan. 17 with first-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $50,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 17.
