West Hartford Police Log for Jan. 21 - 23

The following arrests were made between Jan. 21 - 23, 2014 and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Benjamin Slipchinsky, 31, of 9 Still Lane, was charged on Jan. 23 with operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Feb. 6.

John Kilbourne, 19, of 1298 Trout Brook Drive, was charged on Jan. 23 with carrying a gun without a permit, stealing a firearm and first-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $250,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Feb. 6.

Salvatore Frank Carrubba, 47, of Kensington, was charged on Jan. 23 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and a moving violation. No bond information was provided. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Feb. 6.

Shaun Fenner, 33, of Southington, was charged on Jan. 23 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to commit illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Feb. 7.

Clayton Keyworth, 38, of Plainville, was charged on Jan. 23 with illegal possession and conspiracy to commit illegal possession. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Feb. 7.

Jonathan Melendez, 22, of 143 Wilfred St., was charged on Jan. 23 with second-degree breach of peace and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $1,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 24.

Steven Barnett, 24, of Clinton, was charged on Jan. 22 with second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 23.

Dylan Lalashuis, 19, of Andover, was charged on Jan. 22 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, restricted turns signal, operation without carrying a license and possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Julio Ocasio, 43, of Farmington, was charged on Jan. 22 with illegal possession, failure to keep drugs in original container, restricted turns signal and distracted driving. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.

Jonathan Otero, 20, of Lawrence, MA, was charged on Jan. 21 with second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, second-degree larceny and third-robbery. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 22.

Thomas Pepe, 39, of Meriden, was charged on Jan. 21 with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 22.

Jonathan Budris, 27, of Plainville, was charged on Jan. 21 with illegal possession and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 30.
