The following arrests were made between Jan. 4 - 6, 2014 and are listed in chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
Jose Luis Diaz, 30, of Hartford, was charged on Jan. 6 with illegal possession, possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana and distracted driving. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 16.
Amari Osbourne, 23, of Hartford, was charged on Jan. 6 with third-degree larceny. Bond was set at $30,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 16.

Andre Dickens, 34, of East Hartford, was charged on Jan. 5 with multiple counts of violation of violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 6.
Kamar Bailey, 35, of Meriden, was charged on Jan. 5 with operating under the influence, making an improper turn and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 16.

Wilmaris Burgos, 35, of 473 New Park Ave., was charged on Jan. 4 with two counts of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8.
Cynthia Huff, 50, of 475 New Park Ave., was charged on Jan. 4 with two counts of disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 8.
Michelle Rubertone, 35, of Hamden, was charged on Jan. 4 with risk of injury to a minor, receipt of stolen goods, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $7,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 16.
Gary Delorme, 43, of Bristol, was charged on Jan. 4 with illegal possession, failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Jan. 16.
