West Hartford Police Log for July 22 - 26

The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between July 22, 2013 and July 26, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

July 26

Stacia Moore, 45, of Hartford, was charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 29.

Farrakhan Muhammad, 45, of 530 Main St., was charged with second-degree burglary, criminal violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $80,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 29.

Matthew Zongol, 29, of New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of drugs (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display plates. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 8.

Herman Milton, 30, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery, fraudulent use of an auto teller machine, third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on July 26.

July 25

Daniel Blair, 28, of Bridgeport, was charged with illegal possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1. Blair was allegedly caught with 20 bags of heroin and a needle, according to police.

Lisa Tremonte, 41, of East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,500. No court date was set.

Thomas Dellavecchia, 29, of Plainville, was charged with obtain a controlled substance by fraud. Bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 8.

July 23

Matthew Devoe, 29, of New Britain, was charged with illegal possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1.

Lee Irene Dorbuck, 44, of 131 Park Road, was charged with conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance by fraud, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale or prescription of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit false prescription order. Bond was set at $5,000. Dorbuck is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1.

July 22

Robert Kavanaugh, 30, of Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree computer crime, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree computer crime and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1.


Eric Mitchell, 36, of Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree computer crime, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree computer crime and possession of a shoplifting device. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 1.
