West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 12 - 14

The following arrests were made between Nov. 12 - 14, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Patricia Dziadosz, 24, of East Hartford, was charged on Nov. 14 with driving in the right hand lane and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Nakita Baker, 20, address unknown, was charged on Nov. 14 with illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of narcotics, illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Benjamin Stacy, 21, of Rocky Hill, was charged on Nov. 14 with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession of hallucinogens, possession of less than .5 ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jason Guzick, 29, of 25 Brightwood Lane, was charged on Nov. 14 with failure to keep drugs in original container and possession of less than .5 ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Joseph Santana, 28, of 1078 New Britain Ave., was charged on Nov. 13 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 14.

Peter Solarz, 30, of Manchester, was charged on Nov. 13 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Lukasz Saturski, 31, of Plainville, was charged on Nov. 13 with illegal obtaining or supplying, obtaining controlled substance by forgery. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Robert Toth, 26, of Middletown, was charged on Nov. 13 with failure to wear a seatbelt, illegal possession and operating while registration is suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Carlos Perez, 37, of New Britain, was charged on Nov. 13 with criminal impersonation, illegal possession, interfering with an officer, no insurance, operating while license was suspended or revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Barbara Stasiak, 46, of Newington, was charged on Nov. 13 with failure to keep drug in original container, illegal possession and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Michelle Dufour, 31, of Plainville, was charged on Nov. 13 with obtaining a controlled substance by forgery. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20. She was also charged with first-degree failure failure to appear. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Richard Fredericks, 51, of Newington, was charged on Nov. 12 with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Jeannine Orfitelli, 47, of New Britain, was charged on Nov. 12 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Jennifer Dauphin, 28, of Harwinton, was charged on Nov. 12 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Rostilav Mouravev, 48, of 225 Westmont Road, was charged on Nov. 12 with second-degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13.

Wendy Jackson, 55, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 12 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Jason Bridges, 34, of Bloomfield, was charged on Nov. 12 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Brian Labbe, 24, of Meriden, was charged on Nov. 12 with conspiracy to commit illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Jason Labbe, 23, of Meriden, was charged on Nov. 12 with conspiracy to commit illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Bridget D’Angelis, 34, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 12 with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Ryan Czywczynski, 30, of Southington, was charged on Nov. 12 with failure to keep drug in original container, failure to display plate or sticker, illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.
