West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 15 - 18

The following arrests were made between Nov. 15 - 18, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Felix Rodriguez, 18, of 718 Farmington Ave., Apt. B-2, was charged on Nov. 18 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 19.

Scott Richardson, 33, of 31 Cortland St., was charged on Nov. 18 with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jose Torres, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 17 with illegal possession of a hallucinogen and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Hector Valentin, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 17 with illegal possession of a hallucinogen and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Amy Gurchin, 35, of 197 King Philip Drive, was charged on Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 18.

Seth Wasserman, 37, of 197 King Philip Drive, was charged on Nov. 17 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 18.

Miqueas Cunha, 31, of East Hartford, was charged on Nov. 17 with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Aniello P. Franzese, 22, of Bethel, was charged on Nov. 17 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, making an improper turn and failure to obey a stop sign. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jose Santiago, 39, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 16 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 18.

David Ouellette, 44, no address give, was charged on Nov. 16 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and restricted turns/failure to signal. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jason McDonald, 27, of Farmington, was charged on Nov. 16 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

David Baez, 46, of 46 Mozart St., was charged on Nov. 16 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 18.

Robert Damon Saltus, 31, of East Hampton, was charged on Nov. 15 with illegal possession and restricted turns/failure to signal. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Miguel Santana, 32, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 15 with criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 15.
