West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 19 - 21

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Nov. 19 - 21, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Evelise Ramirez, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 21 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than .5 ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000. No court information was provided.

Seth Phillips, 20, of New Hartford, was charged on Nov. 21 with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession and restricted turn/failure to signal. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jose Ramos, 24, of no known address, was charged on Nov. 24 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 27.

Philip Plourde, 34, of Bristol, was charged on Nov. 21 with fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Nathanael Rauch, 20, of 139 N. Main St. was charged on Nov. 21 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $40,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Juan Hernandez, 27, of 56 Washington Circle, was charged on Nov. 20 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Duane Hanlon, 44, of Bristol, was charged on Nov. 20 with sexual offender registry violation. Bond was set at $7,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

David Candelaria, 19, of 387 Prospect Ave., was charged on Nov. 20 with interfering with an officer, carrying a gun without a permit, altering the ID on a gun, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, weapons in motor vehicle, possession of less than ½ an ounce of marijuana and first-degree threatening. Bond was set at $75,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Mark Silverman, 54, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 20 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Brittany Waters, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 19 with two counts of second-degree forgery. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Mosier Belton, 20, of East Hartford, was charged on Nov. 19 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 27.

Yevgenia Astistov, 27, of Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $50,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Tyler French, 24, of Milldale, was charged on Nov. 19 with sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 19.

Christy Miles, 29, of Windsor Locks, was charged on Nov. 19 with fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 19.

Omar Edwards, 23, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 19 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 27.
