West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 22 - 25

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Nov. 22 - 25, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Alex Pantages, of 205 S. Quaker Lane, No. 3, was charged with Nov. 25 with illegal possession, disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and operating without license or registration. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 26.

James Bradley, 22, of Tolland, was charged on Nov. 25 with illegal possession and traveling unreasonably fast. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Christopher Brown, 29, of Ellington, was charged on Nov. 25 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Mark Brown, 49, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Alan Bartman, 38, of Bristol, was charged on Nov. 25 with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with license suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Bryan Lopez, 26, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 24 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Flavio Castrogiovanni, 40, address unknown, was charged on Nov. 24 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to have lights illuminated, restricted turns. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 5.

Imelda Barajas, 46, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 23 with fifth-degree larceny, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Alexis Ayala, 26, of 15 Meadowbrook Road, was charged on Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct. She was released on a written promise to appear. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 25.

Martin Serrano, 21, of Newington, was charged on Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 25.

Victoria Fuentes, 20, of 142 Mohawk Drive, was charged on Nov. 23 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, interfering with an officer and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Courtney Payzant, 24, of Chester, was charged on Nov. 23 with driving under the influence and driving in the right hand lane. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Dimitri Digbeu, 19, of 32 Troy St., was charged on Nov. 22 with illegal possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Jared Jaquez, 19, of 62 Tumblebrook Lane, was charged on Nov. 22 with illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, making an improper turn and restricted turn failure. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Greg Shevling, 42, of Waterbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with license suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Gary DuBois, 49, of Torrington, was charged on Nov. 22 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 5.

Shariha Newton, 22, of Windsor, was charged on Nov. 22 with second-degree breach of peace, third degree assault and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $7,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 25.
