West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 29 - Dec. 1

The following arrests were made between Nov. 29 - Dec. 1, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Tyson James, 26, of Farmington, was charged on Dec. 1. with second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 2.

Evelise Ramirez, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Dec. 1. with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Sherry Smith, 26, of 1078 New Britain Ave., was charged on Dec. 1 with two counts of interfering with an officer and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Charlotte Gara, 62, of 384 N. Quaker Lane, was charged on Dec. 1 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Karla Piorkowski, 28, of 34 Crocker Ave., was charged on Dec. 1 with operating under the influence, failure to drive in the right-hand lane and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Luis Rivera, 36, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 30 with possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana, interfering with an officer and use of highway by pedestrians. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Israel Gonzalez, 30, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 30 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $40,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 2. He was also charged with use of highway by pedestrians and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on those charges on Dec. 4.

Israel Ortiz, 27, of New Britain, was charged on Nov. 30 with use of highways by pedestrians, failure to drive in the proper lane and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Michael Anderson, 21, of East Granby, was charged on Nov. 30 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Daniel Smedley, 25, of no known address, was charged on Nov. 30 with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Jaclynn Leblanc, 20, of West Hartford, was charged on Nov. 30 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.

Ashwin Nagalla, 24, of Unionville, was charged on Nov. 30 with operating under the influence and failure to have lights illuminated. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Nirav Patel, 24, of Kensington, was charged on Nov. 29 with illegal possession, failure to keep drugs in original container, misuse of plate and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Uchenna Orchingwa, 19, of 756 Quaker Lane, was charged on Nov. 29 with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $7,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Robert Lewis, 54, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 29 with third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny and operating while license was suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $7,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 2.

Sandra Addo, 29, of East Hartford, was charged on Nov. 29 with criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 12.

Brian Duren, 53, of 104 Oakwood Ave., was charged on Nov. 29 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Dec. 4.
