West Hartford Police Log for Nov. 4 - 7

The following arrests were made between Nov. 4 - 7, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Luz Maria Rodriguez, 31, of 385 Prospect Ave., was charged on Nov. 7 with three counts of possession of narcotics, three counts of possession with intent to sell, sale of .5 ounces of cocaine, three counts of sale of narcotics, sale of narcotics within 1500 feet of a school, illegal possession within 1500 feet of a school, four counts of risk of injury to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $150,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Jasson Caraballo, 26, of 20 Steven St. Apt. D, was charged on Nov. 7 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 8.

Michael Holewa, 32, of Willington, was charged on Nov. 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession and risk of injury to a minor. Bond was set at $75,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Sarah Holewa, 27, of Ashford, was charged on Nov. 7 with risk of injury to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21.

Zoraida Negron, 56, of New Britain, was charged on Nov. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13.

Deborah Alessi, 38, of Wallingford, was charged on Nov. 6 with two counts of illegal possession and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 14.

Matthew Muir, 31, of Wallingford, was charged on Nov. 6 with illegal possession. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 14.

Jorge Rodriguez, 55, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13. According to police, Rodriguez allegedly shoplifted condoms from Walgreens.

Reginald Kash-Shawn Mickens, 31, of 1175 Boulevard, was charged on Nov. 5 with second-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 6.

Davon Gill, 21, of 32 Oakwood Ave., was charged on Nov. 5 with possession of less than .5 oz. of marijuana, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale, prescription or dispensing, sale/possession within 1500’ of prohibited place. Bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 21. The accused was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana during a home visit by Hartford Parole office. Gill, according to police, was suspected of selling narcotics based on a recent shooting at his residence.

Johanna Torres, 26, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13.

Hector Javier Cruz, 40, of Hartford, was charged on Nov. 5 with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13.

Patrick Hayes, 30, of Middletown, was charged on Nov. 4 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Nov. 13.
