West Hartford Police Log for Oct. 1 - 3

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Oct. 1 - 3, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Daniel Sampel, 31, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 3 with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 9.

Jessica Luke, 24, of New Britain, was charged on Oct. 3 with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Bernice Richardson, 76, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 3 with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Ashley Walker, 27, of East Hartford, was charged on Oct. 3 with fourth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Robert Bergeron, 59, of East Hartford, was charged on Oct. 3 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Michael Foran, 57, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 3 with illegal drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Michael Decker, 37, of Ellington, was charged on Oct. 3 with first-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3. He was charged with another count of first-degree failure to appear and bond was set at $15,000. He was scheduled to appear on that in Superior Court on that charge on Oct. 3.

Brianna Rhodes, 20, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 2 with conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Daren Ruger, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 2 with conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Daniel Giangieve, 47, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 2 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 9.

Joseph Carr, 27, of 78 Whetten Road, was charged on Oct. 2 with third-degree burglary, illegal possession of a hallucinogen, and criminal attempt at 6th-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Dadybel Bordelies, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 2 with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $450. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Rachel Sullivan, 45, of 122 Cortland Circle, was charged on Oct. 1 with third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 9.

Arthur Adgers, 24, of 583 Prospect Ave., Apt. 23, was charged on Sept. 30 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 1.

Muhammad Imran, 24, of Newington, was charged on Sept. 30 with failure to obey stop sign, illegal possession and reckless driving. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.
