West Hartford Police Log for Oct. 21 - 23

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Oct. 21 - 23, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Angel Ballester, 29, of no known address, was charged on Oct. 23 with possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 30.

Arkeem Harley, 34, of Jersey City, NJ, was charged on Oct. 23 with first-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $40,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 31.

Steven Edward Hoats, 47, of Lehighton, PA, was charged on Oct. 22 with second-degree breach of peace, operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $10,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 23.

William Gonzalez-Valentin, 48, of no known address, was charged on Oct. 22 with third-degree burglary, illegal possession and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $15,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 31.

Miguel Rodriguez, 33, of New Britain, was charged on Oct. 21 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 31.

Ossama Boubaker Bouhals, 18, of Arlington, MA, was charged on Oct. 21 with illegal possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 31. He allegedly had 46.5 grams of marijuana in his dorm room at the University of Hartford.

Samuel Tellar, 77, of 48 Starkel Road, Apt. A, was charged on Oct. 21 with creating a public disturbance. He allegedly became hostile toward customers and staff at a Walgreens because of a delay in filling his prescription. Bond was set at $103.

Giselle Rivera, 34, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 21 with third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 30.

Miguel Valle, 40, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 21 with third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 30.
