West Hartford Police Log for Oct. 4 - 6

The following arrests were made between Oct. 4 - 6, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Luis Martinez, 34, of West Hartford, was charged on Oct. 6 with second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree threatening and three counts of second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Cristina Marie Bzowyckyj, 23, of New Britain, was charged on Oct. 6 with failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey control signal, operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol and restricted turns failure to signal. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Brian Boland, 32, of 73 Fuller Drive, was charged on Oct. 5 with failure to obey stop sign, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and restricted turns/fail to signal. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Stephanie Mariah Brown, 18, of 104 Mayflower St., was charged on Oct. 5 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Yaitza Nieves, 18, of 104 Mayflower St., was charged on Oct. 5 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Belinda Marie Dejesus, 41, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 5 with first-degree criminal trespass, injury/risk/impairing morals of a minor and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Naomi Ramirez, 51, of New Britain, was charged on Oct. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 9.

Gregory Carter, 59, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 5 with eight counts of third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, possession of burglar’s tools, possession of less than .5 ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple trespass. Bond was set at $25,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 7.

Dang Tran, 30, of 10 Price Blvd., was charged on Oct. 5 with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $7,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 7.

Monika Koziol, 27, of East Hartford, was charged on Oct. 5 with operating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, failure to obey a traffic signal and operating with registration/license suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Benjamin Mandhata, 58, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 4 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $15,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 7.

Kyle Ryan Nunez-Moccio, 22, of Mays Landing, NJ, was charged on Oct. 4 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a child and criminal attempt of first-degree sexual assault. He was released on a promise to appear and was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 4. He was also charged with four more counts of injury/risk/impairing the morals of a child and two counts of first-degree sexual assault.

Lorraine Rivera, 52, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 4 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 4.
