West Hartford Police Log for Oct. 7 - 10

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Oct. 7 - 10, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Kevin Morgan, 22, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 10 with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, criminal attempt of third-degree burglary, carry and sale of a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and manufacturing/possession of burglar’s tools. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 24.

Ryan McLean, 31, of 519 Fern St., was charged on Oct. 10 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 24.

Frederick Brewer, 43, of Atlanta, GA, was charged on Oct. 10 with criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment. Bond was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 11.

Felicia Veal, 46, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 10 with criminal impersonation, second-degree identity theft, and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $20,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 24.

Kyle Salinsky, 26, of Boston, MA, was charged on Oct. 10 with driving in the right-hand lane, reckless driving, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving and failure to bring motor vehicle to a stop. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 24.

Edrick Santiago, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 9 with accessory, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. Hi was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17. He was also charged with conspiracy to commit/illegal distribution/illegal manufacturing, sale or prescription of drugs.

Oscar Santiago, 18, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 9 with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17. He was also charged with accessory, operating a vehicle knowingly permitting the rider of a bicycle to attached to same, illegal possession near a school.

Edward Johnson, 28, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 8 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to have lights illuminated and operating with license/registration suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17.

Joseph Barreto, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 8 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 16.

Damon Brockington, 25, of Waterbury, was charged on Oct. 8 with 17 counts of first-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit first-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana. Bond was set at $250,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17. Brockington allegedly attempted to use counterfeit money for purchases along New Britain Avenue.

Sejla Hodzic, 25, of Middlefield, was charged on Oct. 8 with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $15,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 8.

David Decaprio, 36, of Middlefield, was charged on Oct. 8 with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000.

Devon Scott, 24, of 44 Cassilis Road, was charged on Oct. 7 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 16. Scott allegedly threatened a neighbor with a baseball bat.

Rachel Niemeijer, 39, of 8 Pioneer Drive, was charged on Oct. 7 with leaving a child unattended in a public place. Bond was set at $1,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 17. Niemeijer allegedly left her 3-year-old child alone for 10 to 15 minutes in a vehicle parked at Walmart.

Felix Rodriguez, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Oct. 7 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 8.
