West Hartford Police Log for Sept. 16 - 20

The following information was provided by the West Hartford police. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 16 - 20, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Kiara Holmes, 21, of Windsor, was charged on Sept. 20 with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 25.

Anselmo Heredia, 41, of Holyoke, MA, was charged on Sept. 20 with first-degree stalking and and criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $30,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 20.

Nicole Sartori, 27, of 1166 New Britain Ave., was charged on Sept. 20 with three counts of third-degree assault and one count of second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $25,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

John Kilbourne, 18, of 1298 Trout Brook Drive, was charged on Sept. 19 with illegal possession near a school, illegal sale, manufacturing or distribution of narcotics, interfering with an officer and illegal possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Zachary Abrahms, 25, of Bloomfield, was charged on Sept. 19 with operating under the influence and evading responsibility. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Nicky Dhaliwal, 26, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 17 with operating under the influence. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 26.

Brian Panetta, 54, of Kensington, was charged on Sept. 17 with illegal possession, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and theft of number plate. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 26.

Felix Lopez, 19, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 16 with disobeying a police officer, failure to obey a traffic signal, interfering with an officer, reckless driving, and operating under suspension. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 25.

Michael Knudson, 32, of 25 Lexington Road, was charged on Sept. 16 with third-degree assault, evading responsibility and second-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 26.

Emil Nace, 47, of 61 Sunset Road, was charged on Sept. 16 with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $35,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 16.
