West Hartford Police Log for Sept. 21 - 23

The following information was provided by the West Hartford police. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 21 - 23, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Maurice Tucker, 29, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 23 with three counts of violation of probation. Bond was set at $200,000 for each count. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Alexandra Lambert, 23, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 23 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct 2. She was also charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $50,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Sienna Morgan, 25, of Waterbury, was charged on Sept. 23 with two counts of fifth-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, conspiracy and accessory. Bond was set at $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 2.

Thomas Ricci, 49, of Manchester, was charged on Sept. 22 with two counts of violation of probation. Bond was set at $10,000 and $35,000, respectively. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 1 for those offenses. Ricci was also charged with five counts of second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $15,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct 3.

Jorge Luis Cruz, 39, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 22 with illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Neil Hancock, 48, of Woodbury, was charged on Sept. 22 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Vagner Oliviera, 33, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 21 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to have lights lit, failure to drive in the proper lane and and failure to obey traffic signal. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Daniel Lionatto, 57, of 10 Yale St., was charged on Sept. 21 with interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 3.

Gilberto Rodriguez, 24, of New Haven, was charged on Sept. 21 with two counts of violation of probation. Bond was set at $20,000. He was also charged with interfering with an officer and two counts of sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000.
