West Hartford Police Log for Sept. 26 - 30

The following information was provided by the West Hartford police. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 26 - 30, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Arthur Jerome Adgers, 24, of 583 Prospect Ave. Apt. 23, was charged on Sept. 30 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 1.

Muhammad Imran, 24, of Newington, was charged on Sept. 30 with illegal possession, reckless driving and failure to obey stop sign. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Raul Santana, 28, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 29 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and sale of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 2.

Gabriel Blackburn, 36, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 28 with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Kenneth Fowler, 50, of Bloomfield, was charged on Sept. 27 with fugitive from justice. Bond was set at $250,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 27. He was also charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $90,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on that charge on Oct. 3. He was also charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on those charges on Oct. 3.

Rafael Cruz, 24, of no known address, was charged on Sept. 26 with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, manufacture/possession of burglary tools and refusal to be fingerprinted. Bond was set at $15,000. No court information was provided.

Justin Casale, 35, of Plainville, was charged on Sept. 26 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, illegal possession, improper parking, possession of drug paraphernalia and operation without a license. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Oct. 10.

Marian Zalewski, 69, of 262 Beechwood Drive, was charged on Sept. 26 with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 26.
