West Hartford Police Log for Sept. 3 - 6

The following arrests were made between Sept. 3 - 6, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Joseph Grillo, 46, of Glastonbury, was charged on Sept. 6 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Joshua Dunn, 43, of 100 High Farms Road, was charged on Sept. 6 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility and driving in the right-hand lane. Bond was set at $500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Lezaun Bell, 43, address unknown, was charged on Sept. 6 with second-degree breach of peace, fifth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $7,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Barry DiBenedetto, 59, of Southington, was charged on Sept. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 11.

David Bridges, 22, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 6.

Heather Kelly, 36, of Windsor, was charged on Sept. 5 with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $500. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Terrence Kerr, 31, of 47 Princeton St., was charged on Sept. 5 with third-degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $500. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 5.

Jeffrey Mack, 49, of Bloomfield, was charged on Sept. 4 with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $7,500. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Monique Poitier, 18, of New Britain, was charged on Sept. 4 with sixth-degree larceny. She is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 11.

Calvin Harris, 38, of New Britain, was charged on Sept. 4 with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Stephen Maldonado, 27, of 25 Beechwood Road, was charged on Sept. 3 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Maria Rodriguez, 43, of Newington, was charged on Sept. 3 with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $7,500. She was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 4.
