West Hartford Police Log for Sept. 9 - 12

The following information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

The following arrests were made between Sept. 9 - 12, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

Jose Montanez, 51, of 1995 Park Road, was charged on Sept. 12 with sixth degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 18.

Ryan Singh, 26, of New Britain, was charged on Sept. 12 with interfering with an officer, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating while registration or license is revoked, operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond was set at $25,000. No court date was set.

Singh was also charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $45,000.

Singh was also charged with fugitive from justice. Bond was set at $500,000.

Yen Wen, 25, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 12 with assault on a peace officer, criminal violation of a restraining order, interfering with a police officer, making an improper turn and operating a motor vehicle when license is suspended or revoked. Bond was set at $50,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 13.

James Birbara, 42, of 85 Montclair Drive, was charged on Sept. 12 with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

James Delaney, 24, of 382 Park Road, was charged on Sept. 11 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 12.

Giovanni Soricelli, 39, of Meriden, was charged on Sept. 10 with two counts of illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Omar Gomez-Gonzalez, 31, of Hartford, was charged on Sept. 9 with second-degree forgery and illegal obtaining or supplying narcotics. Bond was set at $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.

Donald Gaines, 33, of Milford, was charged on Sept. 9 with second-degree larceny and offering home repair without a license. Bond was set at $3,800. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on Sept. 19.
