West Hartford Police Log: Oct. 31 - Nov. 4

Sarah Daniel, 23, of 12 Bart Drive, Canton was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with assault on a peace officer, interfering with an officer, operating with unsafe tires and operating under the influence. According to police, officers stopped Daniel when they found her driving with the two left tires of her vehicle blown out. She was reportedly found to be drinking and driving with an open container. According to police, she was arrested for assault on a police officer after spitting on a police officer in the booking area.

Albert Warren Reberio, 27, of 55 Theodore St., Newington was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with third-degree assault. He was held on $30,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 4.

Danielle Winkler, 27, of 20 Cabot St., New Britain, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with driving in the right-hand lane, operating under the influence and failing to signal on a restricted turn. She was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 14.

Tanay Bapat, 31, of 58 Victoria St., Windsor, was arrested Nov. 2 at 139 North Main St. and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence. According to police, he failed to stay in his lane on a multilane highway. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 14.

William Samuel Rivera, 21, of 80 Wyllis St., Glastonbury, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with failure to have lights lit, following too close and operating under the influence. He was released on $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 14.

Danielle Work, 23, of 45 Phelpscroft Road, Simsbury, was arrested Nov. 4 at the intersection of New Park Avenue and Flatbush Avenue and charged with operating a handheld mobile telephone (first offense), illegal possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was found with heroin during a traffic stop, police said. She was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 14.
