APRIL 9

Crumbie, Andrew R., 45, of 9 Rushleigh Rd., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with 911 call, third-degree strangulation. Bond $10,000.

APRIL 8

Eady, David T., 53, of 47 Kiev Dr., Southbury: Charged with two counts second-degree harassment. Bond $10,000.

Makas, David, 42, of 275 Kenyon St., Hartford: Charged with distracted driving behavior while committing a moving violation, driving in right hand lane, evading responsibility. Bond $10,000.

Coniglione, Kate E., 29, of 40 Fennbrook Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 40 Fennbrook Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

Shi Chong Tai, 57, of 734 56th St., Apt. 2A, Brooklyn, NY: Charged with second-degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant. Bond $7,500.

Dart, Frederick R., 24, of 3 Wilkes Rd., East Hampton: Arrested at 503 New Park Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $17,500.

Fraello, William, 26, of 75 Carolina Rd., Bristol: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, making improper turn, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Eagan, Michael P., 26, of 129 Buckingham St., Oakville, CT: Arrested at LaSalle Rd./Arapahoe Rd.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating with a suspended/revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Luce, Stephen W., 41, of 410 Farmington Ave., Apt. M2, New Britain: Arrested at I-84/Park Rd.; charged with failure to obey stop sign, making improper turn, no passing zone, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Fendley, William, 34, of 145 North Main St., Winsted: Arrested at 1771 Asylum Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Russell-Belcher, Sophia, 37, of 93 Litchfield St., Hartford: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Park Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.

Hebert, Justin M., 29, of 99 Parsons Rd., Enfield: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $5,000.

Hebert, Rebecca M., 28, of 97 Parsons Rd., Enfield: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

Goulet, Tasha D., 22, of 46 Lawler St., New Britain: Charged with credit card theft, second-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft, illegal use of credit card, sixth-degree larceny, resale of goods and services obtained illegally. Bond $5,000.

Metzler, Shannon D., 38, of 60 Starkel Rd., Apt. 106, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order/non-threatening. Bond $500.

Morales, Ivy G., 33, of 62 Thomson Rd., West Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, making improper turn, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

APRIL 4

Martin, David, 23, of 121 Lebanon Ave., Colchester: Charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Arruda, Joseph E., 20, of 15 Carpenter St., Hartford: Arrested at 97 Prospect Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, two counts risk of injury/impairing morals, second-degree reckless endangerment, violation of a standing criminal restraining order. Bond $20,000.

Tentoni, Zachary W., 25, of Queen St. hotels, Southington: Charged with illegal possession, operating with a suspended/revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal restricted turn. Bond $2,500.

Brisson, Daniel D., 24, of 75 Seymour St., Bristol: Charged with violation of probation. Bond $5,000.

Fayngersh, Zakhary, 73, of 66 Huntington Dr., West Hartford: Charged with operation while under the influence. 

Patia, Alissa, 23, homeless, Waterbury: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Preston, Saroya S., 19, of 127 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. D, West Hartford: Arrested at 127 Hillcrest Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond$2,500.

Parkinson, Timothy R., 23, of 796 King St., Bristol: Arrested at 507 New Park Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $250.

Michaud, Daniel, 24, of 465 Wolcott St., Apt. 11, Bristol: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Hillcrest Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Krasniqi, Jetlir, 29, of 130 Eastside Blvd., Waterbury: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, fourth-degree larceny. Bond $7,500.

Landow, Rachel E., 25, of 33 Ella Circle, Milford: Arrested at Bowtie Cinema; charged with illegal obtaining or supplying, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Nadeau, Sean H., 27, of 33 Ella Circle, Milford: Arrested at Bowtie Cinema; charged with illegal obtaining or supplying, illegal possession,, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Rashid, Rizwan M., 33, of 117 Stony Crest Dr., Middletown: Charged with failure to have tail lamps, illegal possession of hallucigen, second-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $75,100.

Byrd, Tatiana S., 30, of 29 Winchester St., Hartford: Arrested at 333 North Main St.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $2,500.
