APRIL 22

Preston, Saroya S., 19, of 127 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. D, West Hartford: Charged with assault on a peace officer, interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery. Police say accused fought with Macy's loss prevention and an officer after shoplifting from Macy's. Bond $125,000.

Stephenson, Victoria A., 19, of 106 Hillcrest Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny, tampering with or fabricating. Bond $10,000.

Verbarg, Samuel L., 25, of 10 Owen St., Apt. C2, Hartford: Charged with two counts illegal possession of marijuana, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond $2,500.

Santana, Javier, 35, of 5 Highland St., Apt. C14, West Hartford: Charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond $10,000.

Cirone, Rocco, 27, of 299 East, Apt. 161, Bronx, NY: charged with third-degree identity theft, illegal use of credit card, three counts sixth-degree larceny, receiving goods or services obtained illegally, illegal possession of hallucigen. Combined bond $30,000.

Dorbuck, Brandon, 28, of 45 Lucyan St., New Britain: Charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, failure to drive in proper lane, risk of injury/impairing morals, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Deshardin, David Ernest, 29, of 2 Country Acres Pk., Dayville: Arrested at Prospect Ave. Wendy's; charged with illegal possession of hallucigen, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bomd $1,500.

Langlois, Kyle D., 21, of 106 Fortin Dr., Brooklyn: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Kane St.; charged with illegal possession of hallucigen, no insurance, operating witha suspended/revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Sherer, Nicholas, 24, of 263 White Pine Dr., Torrington: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Bernier, Stephen, 29, of 7 East View Dr., Simsbury: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $2,500.

Lambert, Jared A., 25, of 313 Tunxis Ave., Bloomfield: Arrested at Boulevard/Vincent St.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence, passing on right. Bond $500.

McHaney, Nashana, 19, of 36 Plainfield St., Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $1,000.

Haugabook, Wesley, 19, of 122 Bedford St., Apt. 2B, Hartford: Charged with risk of injury/impairing morals. Bond $10,000.

Matthews, Sonia Lee, 26, of 30 Caswell Ave., Bristol: Arrested at 1009 New Britain Ave.; charged with prostitution. Bone $1,000.

Zavala, Francisco F., 44, of 1175 New Britain Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 1009 New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, patronizing a prostitute, second-degree unlawful restraint. Police say accused was arrested after getting into an altercation with a prostitute he had picked up in Hartford. Bond $15,000.

APRIL 19

Rodriguez, Enrique, 30, of 120 Kane St., Apt. D8, West Hartford: Arrested at Boulevard/Maplewood Ave.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Foss, Andrew, 25, of 287 West St., Apt. 202, Rocky Hill: Arrested at I-84 Flatbush Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Gleason, Milton, 26, of 1 Pomeroy Pl., Middletown: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.
