The following arrests were made between August 13 and August 16, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

AUGUST 16

Dante, Anthony, 20, 9 Westgate St., Apt. D, West Hartford: Charged with multiple counts of sixth-degree larceny. Police said he stole items from family members and pawned them for cash. Bond $10,000.

AUGUST 15

Lopez, Carlos, 33, 24 Chadwick St., Hartford: Charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Stebbins, Christopher, 22, 131 Main St., Apt. 2A, East Windsor: Charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, second-degree burglary, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct. Police said he was arrested on a warrant regarding an incident on July 20 involving property damage and assault.

Bence, Louis, 22, 138 Bellavista Drive, Watertown: Arrested at 1078 New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,000.

AUGUST 14

Woodward, Michael, 33, 114 Plainfield St., Hartford: Arrested at 114 Plainfield St.; charged with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order/non-threatening and criminal violation of a restraining order. Police said he contacted his estranged wife in violation of a standing protective order. Bond $50,000.

Lebron, Jorge, 49, 969 Maple Ave., Hartford: Charged with evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, third-degree larceny, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle without license, reckless driving and traveling unreasonably fast. Police said Lebron was operating in a stolen motor vehicle. Bond $10,000.

Rivera, Israel, 42, of 108 New Britain Ave., Hartford: Charged with evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, third-degree larceny, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended or revoked, reckless driving. Police said Lebron was operating in a stolen motor vehicle. Bond $15,000.

AUGUST 13

Lorusso, Joseph, 29, 85 Memorial Road, Apt. 511, West Hartford: Arrested at 85 Memorial Road; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $2,500.
