Scaletta, Glendy A., 18, of 139 North Main St., West Hartford: Charged with assault on a peace officer, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at the American School for the Deaf. Bond $2,500.
AUGUST 19
Chambers, Timothy E., 41, of 126 Lawler Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 126 Lawler Rd.; charged with second-degree threatening. Bond $1,000.
AUGUST 18
Lopez, Ceidry, 23, of 206 South Marshall St., Apt. 1, Hartford: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with injury/risk/impairing morals, fifth-degree larceny. Bond $500.
Bracht, Jacqueline A., 28, of 54 Drumm Rd., Fairfield: Arrested at 37 Lawler Rd.; charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident. Bond $2,500.
Czarnecke, Lisa L., 30, of 90 Marconi Ave., Bristol: Charged with illegal possession, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree reckless endangerment. According to police, Czarnecke, an LPN at Hoffman-Summerwood, was stealing narcotic tablets from a patient and replacing them with other medications. Police say that some of the medication used to replace the narcotics was diabetes medication stolen from another patient. Bond $20,000.
AUGUST 17
Leoniuk, Marion, 27, of 6 Concord St., Apt. B3, West Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief.
Williams, Omar M., 43, of 77 Grafton St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with conspiracy, two counts of fifth-degree larceny. Bond $10,000.
AUGUST 16
Desautels, Michael J., 40, of 106 River St., Thomaston: Arrest at Albany Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. Bond $15,000.
Gromak, Nicholas D., 22, of 7 Hartwell Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./South Main St.; charged with operation while under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast. Bond $25,000.
Vazquez, Juan H., 19, of 347 52nd/3rd St., Brooklyn, NY: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Colonial Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.
