Fritter, Carrie, 20, of 674 Mountain Rd., West Hartford: Charged with operation while under the influence, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana.

Gombosh, Kristina C., 24, of 222 Park Rd., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, two counts of risk of injury/impairing morals on an active warrant. Bond $10,000.
Sanchez-Perez, Mariluz, 40, of 64 High Court, East Hartford: Arrested at 127 Hillcrest Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening. Bond $1,000.
McKoy, Shauntel, 37, of 45 Cromwell Ave., Hartford: Charged with second-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.
Vazquez, Michael A., 25, of 51 East St., Hartford: Arrested at 31 Putnam Heights, Hartford; charged with 11 counts of second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny for attempting to cash a forged check. Bond $2,500.
Wanklin, Lynette M., 37, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 319, West Hartford: Arrested at 1078 New Britain Ave.; charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear for a larceny arrest. Combined bond $7,500.
Rogers, Elijah, 22, of 1078 New Britain Ave., Apt. 317, West Hartford: Arrested at 1078 New Britain Ave.; charged with disorderly conduct for exposing himself and making inappropriate comments to his roommate. Bond $25,000.
