Uzun, Yusuf, 29, of 1186 West Middle Turnpike, Apt. B2, Manchester: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace on an active arrest warrant for domestic violence charges. Bond $7,500.

AUGUST 28
Alicea, Wilfredo, 47, of 75 Price Blvd., West Hartford: Arrested at 75 Price Blvd.; charged with criminal violation of a protective order/threatening, failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated. Bond $10,000.
Santiago, Marilyn, 45, of 161 Victoria Rd., Hartford: Arrested at 11 Thomas St.; charged with criminal violation of a protective order/threatening. Bond $10,000.
Burke, Christine P., 43, of 154 Washington Circle, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct. Police say the accused turned herself in on an outstanding domestic violence warrant stemming from an incident on Aug. 24, 2012.
Witkowski, Thomasz, 39, of 29 Dension St., Apt. 104, Hartford: Arrested at Oakwood Ave./Kane St.; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession. Bond $3,000.
Deleon, Joel, 45, of 35 Owen St., Hartford: Arrested at Kane St./Oakwood Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana.
AUGUST 27
Payano, Fiordaliza, 43, of 90 Kane St., Apt. D1, West Hartford: Arrested at 46 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct following a domestic incident. Bond $2,500.
