The following arrests were made between August 6 and August 9, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

AUGUST 9

Hernandez, Frank, 20, of 30 Girard Ave., Apt. A2, Hartford: Arrested at 100 Walbridge Road; charged with third-degree burglary and two counts of sixth-degree larceny. Police said the suspect was stopped because he didn't have a forward facing light, agreed to be searched and was found to have a GPS. Police said he admitted to breaking into an unlocked vehicle and to stealing the bicycle he was riding. Bond $5,000.

Ramirez, Juan, 24, of 80 Kane St., Apt. C1, West Hartford: Arrested at 80 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, criminal trespass, and interfering with an officer. Police said the suspect was taken into custody after a fight. Bond $5,000.

AUGUST 8

Charles, Leroy, 25, of 17 Lockwood Terrace, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.

Radican, Justin, 25, of 142 Chimneysweep Road, Glastonbury: Arrested at New Park Avenue and Prospect Avenue; charged with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said the suspect also had two felony arrest warrants from the Windsor and Enfield police departments. Bond $10,000.

Mailloux, Nicole, 21, of 151 Keeney St., Manchester: Charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating while under the influence. Bond $7,500.

Carrion, David, 34, 52 Lasalle St., New Britain: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $5,000.

AUGUST 7

Arce, Renie, 60, 2 Museum Square, Lawrence, MA: Charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to obey control signal, making an improper turn and operating under the influence. Police said the suspect ran a red light and hit the curb. Bond $5,000.

Sanchez, Wilnelia, 30, 21 Fairview St., West Hartford: Police said the suspect was arrested on a valid warrant from the Connecticut State Police in regard to an attempt to purchase a firearm by a convicted felon. Sanchez was turned over to the custody of the state police.

Brooks, Sheila, 58, 208 Davis Dr., Bristol: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with fifth-degree larceny and possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $2,500.

AUGUST 6

Walsh, Edward, 54, of 6 Bainton Road, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and second-degree threatening after a domestic disturbance.

Ivanov, Paval, 26, 259 Main St., Bristol: Charged with illegal possession, interfering with a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said the suspect was found to be in possession of 25 bags of heroin, a needle and a crack pipe. Bond $15,000. The suspect was also found to be in violation of probation. Bond $25,000.

Keating, Steven, 26, 70 Redstone St., Bristol: Arrested at Kane Street and I-84; charged with illegal possession, interfering with an officer, misuse of plate, no insurance, operating with license suspended or revoked, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $15,000.
