The following arrests were made between Dec. 10 and Dec. 17, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

DECEMBER 17

Rodriguez, Melissa, 29, of 20 Levesque Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 20 Levesque Ave.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident. Bond $5,000.

DECEMBER 16

Perzan, Stacey L., 29, of 96 Shuttle Meadow Ave., Apt. 3, New Britain: Arrested at Boulevard/Trout Brook; charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a cellphone, operation while under the influence.

DECEMBER 15

Whitman, Darrel, 25, of 32 Foxon Pl., New Britain: Charged with failure to pay or plead. Bond $300.

Thomas, Patrick D., 18, of 151 Magnolia St., Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with third-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

Fitzgerald, Bruce, 32, of 12 Westwood Dr., Wilbraham, MA: Arrested at 2360 Albany Ave.; charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

Matulaniec, Kate E., 26, of 485 Deercliff Rd., Avon: Arrested at I-84/Kane St.; charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

DECEMBER 14

Matlach, Jonathon, 30, of 6 Talcott Range Dr., East Granby: Charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operation while under the influence.

Curtis, Carlton, 33, of 92 Roger St., Hartford: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Brule, Robert, 40, of 1889 Poquonock Ave., Windsor: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Giacobini, Dawn, 34, of 409 Columbus Blvd., New Britain: Arrested at 409 Columbus Blvd.; charged with two counts third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, two counts risk of injury/impairing morals resulting from a domestic incidnt involving juveniles. Bond $5,000.

Cercullo, Matthew J., 26, of 1429 Park St., Apt. 521, Hartford: Arrested at Park Rd./Price Blvd.; charged with driving in right hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

DECEMBER 13

Szymanczyk, Paul, 24, of 38 Daisy Lane, South Windsor: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation with suspended/revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

DECEMBER 12

Nazario-Diana, Dennis, 33, of 127 North St., Apt. 2, New Britain: Arrested at Flagg Rd./Mountain Rd.; charged with driving with intent to harass, illegal possession of an explosive, no passing zone, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, reckless driving, use of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, weapons in motor vehicle. Police say accused was the subject of a motor vehicle stop when it was determined that he was in possession of 8 grams marijuana, paraphernalia, an M-80 explosive, and a bludgeon concealed on the driver side door. Bond $5,000.

Berenz, Loretta, 49, of 90 Park St., Apt. 133, New Haven, CT: Charged with second-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny. Bond $25,000.

Rolon, Hector L., 30, of 115 South Main St., Apt. C20, West Hartford: Arrested at 1363 Boulevard; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession near school, illegal possession of marijuana, operation with suspended/revoked license, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.

Diaz, Maite, 30. of 110 Rockwell Ave., Apt. 4, New Britain: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with interfering with an officer. Bond $2, 500.

, 26, of 495 Prospect Ave., West Hartford: Charged with first-degree assault. Bond $500,000.

St.  Paul, Joseph, 29, of 61 Ten Acre Rd., Middletown: Charged with three counts second-degree failure to appear, failure to respond to a violation. Combined bond $1,250.

DECEMBER 10

Gorra, David B., 23, of 80 Soby Dr., West Hartford: Arrested at Miles Standish/Berkshire Rd.; charged with failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Valentin, Edwin, 48, of 129 Zion St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief, failure to drive right, operating unregistered motor vehicle, travel too fast for conditions. Bond $10,000.

Keating, Bruce W., 51, of 110 Kane St., Apt. A2, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree false statement, second-degree falsely reporting an incident, falsely reporting a stolen motor vehicle, insurance fraud, interfering with an officer. Bond $5,000.

Kirk, Deanna, 30, of 54 Park Pl., Middletown: Arrested at New Park Ave./Flatbush Ave.; charaged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $500.

St. Paul, Joseph, 29, of 61 Ten Acre Rd., Middletown: Arrested at New Park Ave./Flatbush Ave.; charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond $20,000.
