JANUARY 1
Sotoohi, Bijan, 19, of 149 Chapman St., New Britain: Arrested at Pontiac Center; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to have reflectors/proper colors, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapons in motor vehicle. Police said accused was found to be in possession of heroin and cocaine during a motor vehicle stop. Bond $10,000.
Garriga, Christopher, 22, of 64 Wells Ave., 2nd Floor, East Hartford: charged with assault on a peace officer, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer. Police say accused was involved in a fight at Cuvee. Bond $100,000.

Dombrowski, Ryan E., 27, of 105 Gridiley St., Bristol: Arrested at 16 Oakwood Ave.; charged with evading responsibility, no insurance, operating with a suspended/revoked license, operation while under the influence, unsafe backing. Bond $500.
Texidor, Narcisco, 57, of 169 Newington Rd., Apt. 203, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear, first degree failure to appear following a motor vehicle stop. Combined bond $35,000.
Ruffasto, Daniel, 44, no address provided: Charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct. Bond $7,500.

Rodriguez, Miguel A., 32, of 39 South Whiting St., Apt.. 2W, New Britain: Charged with second-degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant following a motor vehicle stop. Bond $2,500.
Bland, Sadasha, 18, of 104 Mayflower St., West Hartford: Arrested at 104 Mayflower St.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.
Oppelt, Linda I., 28, of 229 South Quaker Ln., Apt. 5, West Hartford: Charged with failure to respond to an infraction. Bond $129.
Ortiz-Cosme, Jean, 20, of 229 South Quaker Ln., Apt. 3, West Hartford: Arrested at 337 Park Rd.; charged with four counts of third-degree burglary, interfering with an officer, three counts of sixth-degree larceny, second-degree violation of conditional release. Police say accused was caught breaking into vehicles. Combined bond $60,000.
Johnson, Andrew, 24, of 3 Farnham Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Trout Brook Dr.; charged with failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

Walker, Ashley C., 26 of 96 Hoskies Rd., Bloomfield: Charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct. Bond $3,000.
Batory, Sandor, 34, of 21 Crosby St., West Hartford: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Kane St.; charged with second-degree larceny.
