The following arrests were made between Dec. 4 and Dec. 5, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

DECEMBER 5

Lewis, Robert L., 53, of 378A Park Rd., Apt. B1, West Hartford: Arrested at 378A Park Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct in a domestic situation. Bond $5,000.

Randolph, Shonte, 35, of 47 Ashford St., Floor 1, Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,000.

Bonilla, Mercedes, 69, of 51 Whitmore St., Apt. 109, Hartford: Arrested at 983 New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.

, 47, of 30 Evergreen Ave., Apt. 207, Hartford: Charged with eight counts of third-degree burglary, five counts of sixth degree larceny. Warrants served at GA 14 lockup. Combined bond $17,500.

Gilbert, Deangelo T., 20, of 16 Violet St., Windsor: Charged with fourth-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

Williams Alphonso G., 52, of 73 Earle St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree larceny. Bond $25,000.

DECEMBER 4

Marshall, Natasha B., 37, of 238 Sigourney St., Hartford: Charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in connection with larceny charges. Combined bond $5,000.

Pastor, Tod C., 52, of 378B Park Rd., Apt. B1, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, interfering with an officer, fifth-degree larceny. Police say accused walked into the Police Department Lobby to report a fraud incident, but accused was subsequently arrested for false reporting, criminal attempt at larceny, and interfering. Bond $1,000.

Kelly, Rosanna, 31, of 250 Palm St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

Churchill, Jenny, 30, of 23 Lovely St., Canton: Arrested at I-84/Exit 43; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Gonzalez, Jonathan, 22, of 115 Silver St., 2S, New Britain: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Kane St.; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, two counts of illegal possession, operation a motor vehicle without a license, possession of controlled substance. Police say Gonzalez was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and found to be in possession of heroin and cocaine. Bond $50,000.
