The following arrests were made between Feb. 25, 2013 and Feb. 26, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

FEBRUARY 26

Padilla, Alisha L., 27, of 133 Vanderbilt Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 133 Vanderbilt Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer. Bond $10,000.

Miller-Williams, Azenia Ann, 38, of 410 Burnside Ave., East Hartford: Charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear on active PRAWN warrants. Combined bond $117,500.

Pirruccio, Brandon, 27, of 37 Madison St., New Britain: Charged with criminal violation of a protective order/threatening, defective windshield wipers. Bond $5,000.

Klemonski, Christopher J., 36, of 28 Locust Lane, Farmington: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Mallardi, Michael, 34, of 163 Crown St., Bristol: Charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

FEBRUARY 25

Minoudis, Heath, 42, of 22 Oak Dr., Westbrook: Charged with misuse of plate, no insurance, operation with suspended/revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant. Combined bond $2,000.
