The following arrests were made between Feb. 27, 2013 and March 4, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

MARCH 4

Camis, Tirsa, 23, of 47 Madison Ave., Hartford: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence following a motor vehicle accident. Bond $500.

MARCH 3

Robles, Judith, 51, of 48 Cortland St., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree violation of conditional release. Bond $25,000.

Johnese, Anthony N., 22, of 17 Brookside Blvd., West Hartford: Arrested at Main St., East Hartford; charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $2,500.

Bartelle, Herman Allen, 47, of 12 Warren Terr., West Hartford: Arrested at Farmington Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Ramirez, Evelise, 24, of 204 Laurel St., Hartford: Charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Fournier, Ivan, 37, of 450 Silver Lane, East Hartford: Arrested at Kane St.; charged with illegal possession, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $500.

Robles, Judith, 51, of 48 Cortland St., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute. Bond $2,500.

Theriault, Jessica, 28, of 5 Woodland St., Rockville: Arrested at 904 Farmington Ave.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Burns, Jerald, 26, of 66 Oak Terr., Durham: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Fogarty, Timothy P., 25, of 55 Barry Lane, Simsbury: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Girouard, Zachery, 23, of 264 Millstream Rd., Amston: Charged with illegal possession, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $10,000.

Campbell, Julie, 23, of 74 Wade Ave., Bloomfield: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Ray, Vanessa L., 23, of 52 Orchard St., Terryville: Arrested at Park Rd./Overbrook Rd.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, making improper turn, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Soto-Morales,  Jessica E., 23, of 35 Dwight St., New Britain: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence.

Elmasillari, Juxhin, 21, of 25 Dale Rd., Wethersfield: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey control signal, making improper turn, operation while under the influence.

Perez, Luis F., 27, of 105 Sherbrooke Ave., Apt. 100, Hartford: Charged with illegal possession. Bond $2,500.

Hamblin, Marlon R., 38, of 29 Bodwell St., Hartford: Charged with interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, second-degree threatening. Bond $175.

Miller, George H., 49, of 777 Old Tpke Rd., Plantsville: Charged with failure to wear seat belt, illegal possession. Bond $10,000.

Soucie, Thomas, 50, of 24 Wayne Dr., Plainville: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

FEBRUARY 28

Couture, Christy, 32, of 25 Brookdale St., Wolcott: Arrested at 195 Prospect Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Grey, Nathan, 33, of 82 Tulip St., Bristol: Arrested at 195 Prospect Ave.; charged with creating a public disturbance, illegal possession, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Carisio, Henry, 29, of 1132 Troutbrook Dr., West Hartford: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $50,000.

Easley, Chad, 30, of 1 Old Dobbin Lane, Ivoryton: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./New Park Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $1,000.

Carrion, Rafael, 34, of 22 Lincoln St., Apt. 21, New Britain: Charged with two counts criminal violation of a protective order/threatening, interfering with an officer. Bond $5,000.

Stevenson, Judy A., 50, of 42 Bissel St., East Hartford: Charged with third-degree identity theft, sixth-degree larceny.

Garcia, Orlando, 46, of 88 Sisson Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 46 Kane St.; charged with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Little, Devonte J., 20, of 63 West Eggleston St., Bloomfield: Charged with fourth-degree larceny.

FEBRUARY 27

Rodriguez, Jeremy M., 20, of 58 Cabot St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Santana, Miguel, 22, of 51 Cortland St., West Hartford: Arrested at 932 Farmington Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Burke, Sean Patrick, 30, of 26 Foote Rd., Burlington: Arrested at South St./Jansen Court; charged with failure to drive right, operating with a suspended/revoked license, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Crump, Mark L., 49, of 1078 New Britain Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with illegal possession. Bond $10,000.

Lozada, Ruben F., 22, of 55 George St., Hartford: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession near school, two counts illegal possession, operating with a suspended/revoked license, sale/possession within 150 ft. of a prohibited place. Police say accused was arrested for possession and sale of heroin. Bond $250,000.
