West Hartford Police Logs: January 14 - January 16

The following arrests were made between Jan. 14, 2013 and Jan. 16, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JANUARY 16

Tomanio, Jennifer, 28, of 53 Curtis St., Hartford: Arrested at 119 Hillcrest Ave.; charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $2,500.

Coates, Robert E., 47, of 5 Edgerton Pl., Manchester: Charged with second-degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant from the Newington Police Department on motor vehicle charges. Bond $100.

Savoy, Joseph J., 53, of 28 Putnam St., Hartford: Arrested at 320 Park Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear on an outstanding warrant. Bond $2,500.

32, of 32 Park Pl., Apt. 6, New Britain: Charged with second-degree failure to appear, two counts first-degree failure to appear on active PRAWN warrants. Combined bond $550,000.

DiManno, Clayton, 27, of 4 Stonebridge Way, Berlin: Arrested at South Main St./I-84; charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said accused was found in possession of suboxone and a hypodermic needle. Bond $5,000.

JANUARY 15

O'Connor, Ryan, 36, of 13 North Rd., Waterford: Charged with operating with a suspended/revoked license, illegible plate, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapons in motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.

Livingston, Dillon W., 27, of 256 Adrian Ave., Newington: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief. Bond $1,500.

JANUARY 14

Bracelet, William C., 44, of 81 Lennox St., Hartford: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $10,000.
