Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JANUARY 27

Gottlieb, Daniel R., 20, of 236 Sterling Dr., Newington: Arrested at South Main St.; charged with illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Krynicki, David K., 21, of 28 Wild Cat Rd., Burlington: Arrested at I-84 West/South Main St.; charged with illegal possession, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $10,000.

McLeod, Norris H., 23, of 34 Guilford St., Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.

Tejada, Kelvin R., 27, of 65 West Beacon St., Apt. C4, West Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment following a domestic disturbance. Bond $5,000.

Acosta, Charles, 37, of 181 Linnmoore St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace following a fight at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $1,500.

Montalvo, Luis, 35, of 181 Linnmoore St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace following an altercation at the Gold Roc Diner.

Blackstock, Brane A., 36, of 13 Scenic Dr., Portland: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint related to a domestic incident. Bond $50,000.

Ramadani, Fanol, 26, of 183 Main St., Apt. 2F,  Winsted: Charged with operation while under the influence.

JANUARY 26

Forsythe, Derek C., 25, of 73 Georgetown Rd., Weston: Arrested at 970 New Britain Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts possession of weapon or dangerous instrument. Police said they were called to Dunkin Donuts for a medical call for an unresponsive male locked in the bathroom. Upon gaining entry, police said, accused was found to be in possession of 40 bags of heroin, several empty bags, needles, and brass knuckles. Bond $10,000.

Foresi, Michael D., 44, of 50 High St., New Britain: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts first-degree failure to appear on a warrant. Combined bond $401,000.

JANUARY 25

Mitchell, Donald J., 26, of 1300 New London Tpk., Glastonbury: Charged with operation while under the influence, unsafe movement/stopped car.

Osborn, Dominque, 28, of 62 Madison St., Hartford: Charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $10,000.

Burgos, John, 40, of 1043 Capitol Ave., Apt. E2, Hartford: Charged with two counts third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $75,000.

Bowen, Julian, 38, of 3 Grenhart St., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

JANUARY 24

Ellis, Mark E., 21, of 2 Sequin Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at Albany Ave./Sequin Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

Brown, Daniel, 59, of 71 Rumford St., West Hartford: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Mendez, Christian, 18, of 32 Warren Terr., West Hartford: Arrested at 32 Warren Terr.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct resulting from a domestic disturbance. Bond $10,000.

Carlson, Victor, 42, of 87 Ruby Rd., #17, Willington: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with two counts illegal possession, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Marini, Daniel, 29, of 50 High St., New Britain: Arrested at Kane St./Prospect Ave.; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Ward, Richard L., 49, of 304 Queen St., 2nd floor, Bristol: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Grant, Ian Anderson, 28, of 120 Maplewood Ave., West Hartford: Charged with sex offender address verification. Bond $50,000.

JANUARY 21

Martinez, Brian, 18, of 160 Newington Rd., Apt. B2, West Hartford: Arrested at 160 Newington Rd.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct. Bond $1,500.

Walker, Ashley D., 25, of 10 Pavilion St., Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, two counts second-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $8,000.
