JANUARY 9

Malik, Moeed, 23, of 121 Cambridge St., West Hartford: Charged with failure to pay or plead. Bond $132.

Netcoh, Theodore F., 45, of 19 Deborah Rd., Windsor Locks: Arrested at 503 New Park Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

Sullivan, James, 42, of 3 Bradley St., Naugatuck: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $1,000.

JANUARY 8

Higginbotham, Melissa J., 33, of 43 Skyview Dr., Apt. 3, West Hartford: Arrested at 43 Skyview Dr.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute. Bond $2,500.

Naciri, Othman M., 36, of 53 Skyview Dr., Apt. 3, West Hartford: Arrested at 43 Skyview Dr.; charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute. Bond $50,000.

Ramos, Angel R., 36, of 123 Stearns St., Bristol: Arrested at 433 South Main St.; charged with failure to drive right, illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $5,000.

Bolduc, Nicole M., 44, of 83 E. Summer St., Plantsville: Arrested at I-84 West/Exit 39a; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree violation of conditions of release.

Green, Laura, 26, of 378 Mill St., Southington: Arrested at I-84 East; charged with failure to wear seat belt, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Petruzella, Frank J., 57, of 120 Stonebridge Way, Berlin: Charged with failure to wear seat belt, illegal possession. Bond $5,000.

JANUARY 7

Fallis, Samantha A., 22, of 12 Balaban Rd., Apt. 716, Colchester: Arrested at Hollywood Ave./Marion Ave.; charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance. Bond $5,000.

Gagnon, Tanya M., 31, of 7 Meadow Dr., Apt. 3, Colchester: Arrested at Hollywood Ave./Marion Ave.; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts possession of a controlled substance. Bond $5,000.

Pinard, Jacob J., 18, of 1969 Main St., Apt. B, East Hartford: Charged with illegal possession, three counts possession of a controlled substance. Bond $5,000.

Reyes, Justin A., 20, of 156 Dart St., Hartford: Charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree harrassment. Bond $10,000.

Bolduc, Nicole M., 44, of 83 E. Summer St., Plantsville: Arrested at I-84 West/Exit 39a; charged with operation of motor vehicle while using cell phone, failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession. Bond $5,000.

Mushrall, Samuel S., 24, of 829 Mount Vernon Rd., Southington: Arrested at South Main St./I-84 West; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.
